amandaw Posted July 12, 2008 Report Share Posted July 12, 2008 Hello, yes I am a woman, jokes over, I have this md player which plays recorded discs thru amp and speakers no problem. But my problem is that i have followed the instruction to the letter to record mucic from my computer, and on themd screen, it says it has recorded and how long it is etc. but it wont play????? Strungup Posted July 12, 2008 Report Share Posted July 12, 2008 (edited) No joke , women are quite welcome , Audio is a UNIVERSAL thing , and machismo is overated . first , how did you come out of the computer , Optical or Analouge second . when you were recording did you see the meters moving indicating an input ?third , how were the sound settings on the computer ? kino170878 Posted July 15, 2008 Report Share Posted July 15, 2008 Sounds like you are recording nothing, which is recordable of course. That's why it shows on the MD which correctly plays back dead space.Make sure the computer soundcard is actually sending sound out of its connectors. Perhaps check on the 470 by putting in headphones and monitoring the sound as it is received. Keep trying, messing around with the menus on both machines and you will get it in the end.
