SonicStage 4.3 self-made offline version?

Hi! I'm currently downloading v. 4.3 of SS while looking forward to the Onkyo MD-133 (and trying to avoid the title bug).

There once was an instruction of how to do an offline/standalone installer out of all the cabinet files and so on.

Can someone redirect me? Forum search won't help.

The idea to make a full standalone installer, which doesn't install all the garbage the official one does is beautiful. But, given the fact that SS itself is about 80% (maybe even more) garbage, and noone knows how it works - I don't think that a beautiful installer ever appears.
