hey, i've just bought on Ebay minidisc player MZ-E707, i've used MZ-NH600D (HI-MD)before i broke it, today i was trying to listen my discs (which i recorded with NH600D) and my 'new' MZ-E707 cant play them, because this E707 is not an recorder,i have no idea what to do with all these discs. do i need buy minidisc deck?, i feel a little bit disapoinment because MZ-E707 should play all type of LP2, LP4. please give some advice.

i think MZ-NH600D was my best minidisc player ever

Well it sounds to me like the discs you have recordered with you NH600D were either the 1GB Discs, or standard 74/80min disc's formated to Hi-MD specification, and from there you used either a Hi-LP or Hi-SP codec, which would only be readable by a unit (recorder OR player) that is compatable with Hi-MD. You could look online for a NetMD player and then use that with your computer (I figure seeing as your 600 was a 600D you must have been using a computer) and then sending your music files at a LP2 or a redundant SP format. Your E707 is capable of reading LP Discs.
