Thanks for the input.The Mics for Camcorders generally run off of "Plugin Power " which is very low voltage , and current . True Phantom power is a Different animal . Condenser Mics that are XLR Balanced output generally need Phantom Power which is somewhere between 11 - 52 volts , and it will state it in the Mic specs.
