Some time ago I bought a n510 but the passages of songs were not fluently. Skipping to next track was so slow. Then I tried to repair it by service mode - I entered to it but I thought that's to difficult for me and I escaped service mode by putting out the battery (before that I cleaned up the lens and other parts of player). The problem was a battery - I used a 1,2V rechargeable one, now I use 1,5V battery and player works great, but I could change some options in service menu cos now I want to restore defaults settings.And something interesting - I've got other MZ-N510 and the second one works without any problem with the 1,2V battery.
