Not sure how to translate for here. It might be for Japan market only though. Maybe hope to all those with newer players.

This update is not limited to the Japanese market alone; updates for all other region should follow shortly. We will update the blog shortly with detailed info regarding this update - notable improvements from this update includes support for enhanced CD, support for ATRAC3plus 352kbps, ability to save playlist as M3U file, file conversion support from WMA (VBR type) to OMA and most important, increase in start-up and transfer speed. (check the blog later for more information regarding new improvements from this update)

They forgot OMA to Mp3  but this is a nice addition in Connect player .

Does it convert OMA in some encrypted format or non encrypted ????

I think it will only convert non encrypted OMA files .

:-( Is that all we get for the 3 month wait since the last release of Connect? Not even gonna bother installing it, as it's almost certainly going to make a mess of everything, just like 1.0, 1.01. 1.02 and 1.03 always did.

I was holding out for a release of Sonice Stage that supports NWA3000, not a rehash of a badly flawed Connect.

Why don't you give it a try first?
