Are there any compatible noise cancelling headphones for the X series walkman?

Nope ,if you want the in built noise cancellation to work,then you will have to buy the earphones those were supplied with it .

To get one you will have to contact Sony or else get a seperate noise cancelling earphones .

I'm not sure that you'll be able to buy the supplied ones agin, but there are loads of Noise Canceling Headphones out there. I just bought a pair myself and they are probably one of my best investments. They really do block out about 90% of background noise. They are particularly good when traveling, to block out all the surrounding noise.
