Does the MDS-JE330 have a fuse?

My JE-330 isn't getting power. No red LED. I opened it up but can't find a fuse. I thought it might have been the black box next to the power lines, but it is a switch. I downloaded the service manual but it doesn't mention a fuse. Can anyone help me? Thanks.
