Question

After I transfered it by car for a 2 hour driving, and possibly after a few swishes, my laptop would not boot. 2 years ago I had the air ventilator replaced at Sony, after its working failure. One day, about a year ago, it would also not boot and so would do the lights too. After communicating with a Sony expert, I took the battery out, I waited 5 minutes, I pressed for about a minute the power button and then I put the battery in, I pluged the cord and I pressed the assist button, I did some steps that i can hardly remember and then it started again. However, yesterday, after the 2 hour trip, I brought it home and I tried to switch it on but in vain. I followed the same steps, but now the light of the battery and of the hard disk switch on instantly but then they go off along with its shutting down. The most important thing is that the assist button does not work anymore, not even after having removed the hard disk, or having changed the slot where the RAM fits. I wonder what the problem would be this time...
