Question

hello

i need some help with my 6 month old nw-a3000. i applied the firmware update when it came out and use sonicstage cp on an XP Home desktop. the unit was working fine until i plugged it in to charge and the player became stuck on the boot screen. all the unit does on turning it on is play a little animation and then go to a screen that says Good Music, Good day and has a little box of four smaller boxes in the corner. i tried repeatably restarting it to no avail. when connected to the PC, a USB device not recognised message comes up. i'm not using a usb hub.

please any suggestions!!

cheers

I had the same problem with an A1000, but as it was only 1 month old I got a full refund. As yours is 6 months old you should at least get a repair. Your player is unable to access the information on your hard disc. If you put the player up to your ear you should hear the hard disc spinning. One of the down sides to hard disc players I'm afraid.
