NW-HD5 Startup Problems

I don't know if this has happened to anyone else but i've had my hd5 a little over a year now, and the other day i accidentally unplugged it from the computer without stopping the player on the computer and now when i turn on my player the screen just lights up and nothing happens, but after a few tries of tryin to turn it on it will turn on, after 3 or 4 tries. If anyone has a solution please let me know. HELP

Have you updated your players Fimware from 1 to 1.2 ?if not, install it .

How about removing the battery and replacing it after a minute or so - this should perform a reset and you should still have your tracks in the memory.
