im trying to update my devices firmware but when i do run the update installation it tells me that i have no " FWUpdaterCom.dll " file and i looked everywhere but i don't know how to make it work on my computer, i have tried looking everywhere on this site, and the stupid sony support DNA website doesn't seem to load anymore :S
