0 dbzwarriorx
dude i still have a question, do you have to make a new file named "COMMON" folder? then put the vapsp in it? " sorry for asking im new to this, hehe "
0 DannyB37
Naa, you can put it anywhere you like, lol just the common folder is already there when you format the card on the psp.If it isn't just put it in any folder, but remember the location of the index.htm file and put file:\ in front of the location (instead of the drive letter) Edited November 4, 2006 by DannyB37

0 DannyB37
hehe, lol.I'll get onto that! I dunno really how to explain it,When you format a memory card on the psp itself (in the system settings) it will leave folders "common" is one of these. (Inside "psp") Edited November 18, 2006 by DannyB37

0 DannyB37
Forget about the common folder then. Just put the files in the base directory of the psp (inside the "vapsp" folder)and type into the psp browser "file:\vapsp\index.htm" Obiously without the "s. lol

Sorry for asking to many questions. If you type in "file:/" before the location, It won't want to connect to the wireless netowork! Its ok about the questions, Its nice to see people looking at it, and it helps me give better descriptions. Edit: Remember they are '/'s NOT '\' my mistake. 0 DannyB37
you need flash enabled to run the only game on there at the moment. its flash tetrisI think for that you do need a Internet connection via the psp (stupid I know). - same with wma playback. You only need one for about 3 seconds, so you probably could 'borrow' a local one! no its not 2.82, I have that firmware too!Settings > System Settings > Enable Flash Player Edited November 20, 2006 by DannyB37

0 DannyB37
If you were still using 2.80 firmware there is a home-brew app for the Tiff exploit that will enable it without a wireless connection.I have a wireless connection, so I don't have that problem! http://dl.qj.net/Enable-Flash-and-WMA-(no-...10262/catid/140 Edited November 21, 2006 by DannyB37

0 DannyB37
I've heard sucsess storys about people downgrading and actually running homebrew on firmware 1.50. with a TA-082.I dunno how many failed attempts that would mean! But, yeh I woulden't risk it Edit: read the wikipedia page. its only if you try to downgrade it will get bricked.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psp_homebrew Edited November 22, 2006 by DannyB37

0 DannyB37
lol, there are a limitation of flash games that will work on the psp anyway lol.I'll look into digging some more flash-based games and testing them. And congratulations on enabling flash, did you do wma while you were doing that?I'm going to try and find out how Sony makes demos download directly to the psp and try and get some demos to download directly onto the psp. lolThe only non-official demo download sites don't download direct to the psp game folder. Its going to be interesting to see If I can find it out. If anyone knows please tell, it will save time! Edit: Nevermind I've figured out how to! Edited November 28, 2006 by DannyB37
