E002F keeps shutting down sonic stage

Question

I get the following message every time I plug my brand new mp3 player into my computer while Sonic Stage is running:

"Omgjbox.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

This problem started last night. I was transferring songs to my mp3 player with no problem. Then, all of a sudden, this error message popped up and shut down Sonic Stage. Sonic Stage works fine until I plug this E002F mp3 player in. I know the problem is with this player, because I have a sony bean also and it works fine. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Sonic Stage. I also tried pushing the reset button on the player but that doesn't seem to do anything. Please help. I tried to contact sony but they keep directing me to web pages about security updates.

Is it possible that I have a corrupted file on my mp3 player? If so, is there some way to delete what is on my player without using Sonic Stage?

Thanks for any help!

yes there is,

you can plug in your walkman, and acces it as an flash drive right?

just look there, and delete all the music files (.OMA) and try again.

If no solution works, try deleting everything on the flashdrive, and look if it´ll work then. But I háven´t tryed that.
