memojordan
I have a NW-A3000 mp3 player. And my system is Windows XP/Service Pack 2.. I've had the mp3 player for maybe more than a year. I've always used the CONNECT PLAYER and I hadn't updated the program ever since. But after updating CONNECT PLAYER and the firmware (version 3.00) my problems still remains unresolved. I can listen to songs but I can't use functions like rating, release date, time machine shuffle.. etc. which were the main pros as to my buying nw-a3000 over Ipod. I connect the mp3 player to the PC and I wait for Connect to update everything on the mp3 player. But these functions are still closed to use. What can I do to get back these functions? kerfuffle
You could try and install SonicStage CP 4.2. You can use that with your NW-A3000. And yep, it's got release date, ratings and has the Artist Link thingyo.
memojordan
I just installed sonicstage and my problem is resolved. I never could have believed the solution to be this easy. So I guess all I have to do is throw away Connect Player and use sonicstage all the time.. Thanks for helping..
