Sonicstage problems, please help!

Hi everyone,

Hope somebody can help me with my problem as I'm at my wit's end with SonicStage! Read the FAQ and did eveything it suggested, but problem still remains!

Whenever I try to start up Sonicstage, I get the message 'cannot locate files required to open the database file' and the error code 00005e30. Tried repairing the MDAC but didn't make any difference.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I'd be grateful for any advice!

Hey bec, which version of SS are you using? I suggest u to uninstall it and update it to the latest SS4.2

Thanks for replying! Did try downloading v4.2 but still had the same problems. So I've now decided to leave SonicStage to its weirdness and have downloaded alternative software instead!

Hi Bec,

I have been unable to use the SS software and am close to selling my S203F before even using it, as I am unaware of any other way to download readable music onto it.

Given your last post, do you have any?
