kevhughes67
Help!I've just received elivery of my shiny new NW-S203F Walkman Flash player. It's great, however the software bundled with it is useless. Well, that's not strictly true, I can't get the bloody thing installed! When I run the installation CD, everything goes well throught to the end of the openMG segment, which is prior to the AAC ad on. At this point, the installation crashes and the ''Installation is Cancelled'' displaying the following error code (0, 20689).I have been through everything I can find on the net so far to try and remedy this with no joy. Surely someone out there has had some success?I am close to selling the flash player as Sony have made it so you can't use any other software to put music onto the player (thanks for that) so it is utterly useless unless I can get this sofware installed. Please, can someone out there offer me a lifeline.................... kevhughes67
I have tried that, several times. When I try to install the downloaded file, the program crashes at the same point and displays the following error:Installation Proces for SonicStage 4.2 has been terminated.(2051, 20689)Clearly, I have no idea what this means. Any ideas?
