Not able to upload/transfer songs from SonicStage to Device

Hi,

I use SonicStage 4.00 and not able to transfer songs from SonicStage to my NW-E005F divice. Not even one song goes into the device rather i get the error message saying error occured while trasfering songs. I am facing this problem since last week. Could anyone please help me with this?

Hi, i had this problem with my 507 before. Try to reset the device using the reset button on its back first and re-install sonicstage. If it doesnt work, then u'll have to format the player (it's in the advanced menu, DONT USE WINDOWS EXPLORER to format it, never)
