NW-HD3 Bookmarking Tracks

So. You click round the menu's and you find the one with 'new tracks' and 'bookmark'. A while ago i was in the car, listenin to it, when i accidentally sat on it. This bookmarked the track! However, its happened twice since then and want to know the real way of bookmarking and un-bookmarking tracks(without sitting on it and damaging it)

PLease help a confused guy.

While a given track is playing, press and hold either up or down for a couple of seconds to bookmark it. Unbookmarking works the same way. Be sure to let the player turn off on its own or use the menu button - if you turn it off using the switch on the bottom, the bookmark won't be saved.

Thank you very much. It didnt come with much of an instruction book...it misses out loadsa those things.
