nwa3000, retrieving tracks?

hey everyone

when i first got my nwa3000 i transfered all my music, and then deleted it from my hard drive, thinking i would be able to retrieve it, play it on other computers etc

basically, i lost all 20 gb of my music, as i somehow wiped all the tracks off the nwa3000. so i've painstakingly got most of it back onto my computer, and onto the nwa3000.

Is there a way that i can retrieve tracks from the nwa3000 in the MP3 format?

to me it seems like a one-way system, which i'm not happy about. is there a way i can convert the .OMA files back into .mp3?

or anything else that might help me?

i have firmware version 3 and connect player. thanks

Not exactly the answer you are looking for but maybe informative;I use ATRAC 256 kbs with Sonic Stage (DRM off!): I can transport music between my DAPs (a HD1, now gone, and a A3000) and my 2 computers as much as I want.

can i use GYM? or VoidMP3FM or ML SONY?

what would be the best way to use these without losing all my music again? thanks

Hey man, just use otasj's ml_sony plugin with winamp, you can download eveything off your nw3000 back onto your c: drive. I wouldnt use anything else for transferring, sonicstage is balls and connect is a total fuckin joke.

To make myaelf clearer; you can easily import songs from the A3000 into SS, just use import.
