Hi i manually rechanged the name of one of my sub folders thru mty pc on my Sony MP 3 Player, now i get a message FILE ERROR, i ahve deleted the songs from my MP using Sonic Stage,can u pls tell me the original name of the folder i renamed, this folder was in the folder OMGAUDIO, this folder has 6 subfolder and i renamed one of them as song, the sub folder in OMGAUDIO that i have currently are 10F00, 20P0B, 20P0C, 20P0D, 30GRCT, can u pls let me know how to make the error go away pls...

help me pls, pls...

I will suggest you to format your walkman from main menu only ,then again transfer song onto your player .

As Stuge said, format the player from the player itself. At least you learned not to change any folder's name next time. If you do not have the songs you transferred in your PC then drag the .omg files (the songs in the player) to your PC, please note that this way you have to name each song again I think (I say I think because it's been a long time since I last used this method - now I backup everything on my external HDD lol).
