sunbow
hi, i`ve recently upgraded to Vista 32bit and been having a few probs with connect. when i run the program after waiting ages for the update to download i get an eror message saying that "application failed to start because NTMSAPI.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." What is the file i`m missing and why don`t i have it? I`ve re-installed connect a number of times with differing amounts of success and this seems to be as good as i can get it. I`ve tries the compatability modes too and no joy. Any help greatly appreciated as i want to upgrade the firmware but don`t have all the tracks on my system so want to copy them back first. Thnaks in advance. Martin. navsimpson
As far as I know, Connect won't function on Vista. You'll have to use Sonicstage 4.3, which is available from Sony's website. People have been having troubles with it, but I'm afraid that it's the only Sony software that's Vista compatible - to make no mention of the fact that even Sony recommend using Sonicstage over Connect.-Nav
