Can old SS library be transferred to new NW?

Question

I currently own an NW-E005, and not long ago I finally got around to ripping my CDs into Atrac. Next week I'll be scoring an import NW-E016 from a Japanese eBay vendor. I'm unclear about whether or not Sonic Stage actually ties a license to each track, so that only one device at a time is authorized. Can I just transfer my current Sonic Stage library into the E016 without worrying about what's on the E005, or do I have to de-authorize/clear the tracks on the E005 first? I had copy protection turned of when importing tracks. TIA.

Using SonicStage 4.3 it is possible to a have your tracks on different devices. I currenly have the same tracks MemoryStickProDuo (PSP), NW-A808 and NW-S706F. However, if you have any track that you purchased from Connect you will have to de-authorize your player before you can transfer them to the NW-E016.

You do not have to worry about the tracks on the NW-E005.

Actually you don't. You just need to register both players with your Connect account. I have purchased tracks on residing on several different Walkmen.
