ATRAC plugin for Sound Forge suddenly doesn't work anymore

Hey, I downloaded the ATRAC plugin to be able to open & edit ATRAC files in an audio editor such as Sound Forge... well, it worked fine when I did it at first... now suddenly Sound Forge says the files are unrecognizable formats, and they won't open

I've rebooted, made sure the plugins were in like every folder possible (as per instructions)... no dice.

Help?
