Question

Hey there

Just bought the NW808 with intention of putting some bits of my dvd collection on it. Having real problems with image converter which won't transfer decrypted mp4 files from dvd.

Have people had success using the AVS Video Tools package to rip dvd files to mp4's? Does that then work when you transfer those mp4s into image converter 3?

Sorry, am total techno-idiot. Had hoped it would be easier than this. Sigh....

I purchased the AVS Video Tools package (after testing the demo version) specifically for this reason. I've had no problems transferring videos with Image Converter after using AVS Video Converter or AVS Video to Go.

Several weeks ago I downloaded the free first episode of "John from Cincinnati" from HBO through iTunes. I was able to use Image Converter and put it on my A806 without incident.

Perhaps if those who are having video conversion problems used a file that someone has succesfully converted and transferred we might be able to narrow down some of the problems with Image Converter.
