I'm writing to you because of a very recent problem concerning my sony NW-HD5 (European version).
I've run into an error when starting the player, as it starts up, there is a blank screen, however the buttons still work, so its like operating it blind, I can still pause/play, lower/higher volume and such. Im not entirely sure how to attack the problem. My computer recognises it, so does SS, I can transfer tracks etc.
The backlight lights up as I start it, so I'm not entirely sure wether the screen could be broken, and it turns off after the delay and back on as i hit one of the buttons. I've tried formatting the drive through windows, but the same problem persists.
