Line out on Sony NW-A808

Does anyone know if the NW-A808's WM-port have the line out capability like the ipods?? I am looking to purchase a headphone amp from Ray Samuels and he recommended that I not use the headphone jack for the line out. He says that the amp would have no effect if I use the headphone jack. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

In the test mode for A8xx series, pressing the volume buttons in the audio test sections, there's a line out setting (fixed not changeable).

But Sony wants you to buy the BCR-NWU3 cradle to have a line-out jack.
