hzamora
I make most of my recordings using a Sony CD walkman with digital output and my Sharp portable recorder. This is a great way to make recordings because you can go to friends homes and record in situ. However, I have not seen a portable CD player with MP3 playback and digital output. If any brand makes it, I would surely buy it.

JKIM
yep, it does indeed have an optical output, and it's really slim, too. http://www.audiocubes.com/product_info.php...products_id=
Guest Anonymous
when trying to copy an MP3 CD from a Toshiba dvd player to Sony MD recorder, using the optical output, the infamous "NO COPY" message appears. I think it will not be possible also with any other model available, so what if it has an optical output, some how on the bitstream it says that the cd is r/w cd, or mp3 cd, or somthing.
