t22design
Does anybody know if it is possible for a PC to recognise MD track markers? I'm recording from MD (Sony MDS-JE520) to PC (Soundblaster Live! Platinum) via the optical cable, and I'm currently using WaveLab as the recording software. And I obviously end up with 74 min long .wav files (before compressing them etc). But I'd love to be able to place markers or even create seperate tracks easily. Any suggestions? GD|eNSo
I am pretty sure trackmark's off of a MD wont be picked up by a pc. If you want to split the wav files into individual tracks, I would suggest CoolEdit. Keep in mind this is not freeware, but a trial is available. There are free wav editors aswell, do a google search.
