Guest Anonymous
I have a sony n707 right now and plan to buy a sharp md dr7 in the future. Would I be able to play MDs I record using net md with my n707 on the dr7. This is very crucial to my purchase decision!
me
yes. You can't erase tracks on the DR7 that were recorded with NetMD though (the Japanese section tells you..)

me
Yeah, NetMD uses MDLP which MD's from Sony's R90 and older don't have.

me
Odd. Used simpleburner? Won't work with OpenMG I imagine..
SimonMagus
Odd. Used simpleburner? Won't work with OpenMG I imagine..As a matter of fact, this is the only reason I've found to use OpenMG Pukebox - to manage MD music names, groups, etc. To the best of my knowledge you can always delete tracks and groups in OpenMG, regardless of how they were created. Guest Anonymous
Yes, I use simple burner to create almost all off my discs; you can't write in SP, but with the type-R dsp on my 505 and the 1-bit amp in my DR7 it sounds close enough for me. I use my 505 to put my C.D.s on MD and my DR7 to play them and do live recording.
