Guest Anonymous
Hi, i have a huge and urgent problem with md recording. the md walkman what i use is MZ-R909 and i've been recording mp3s from my computer to my md using an optic cable that i connect from my pc's speakers to my md. all this while, recording is fine... until about a few days ago, i was recording songs into my md for my vacation next week. however, when i playback the disc, the song wouldnt play..it seems to be lagging, and when it does play, there is no sound at all. and when i reinsterted the disc, i got an error message that the disc is BLANK!! and wehn i tried with another disc and tried recording another song, it completely erased my disc and told me the disc is blank! i'm sooo frustrated now and at a loss of what to do. and i'm stuck without music for my vacation next week. i've contacted the sony customer service and they say they need me to bring it down for them to take a look and service. does anyone know whats the problem? is it a hardware problem or is there something that i've missed out or done wrongly? i'll appreciated it if someone could help me out here. many thanks. Mystyler
Hardware, hardware, hardware. Your recording head is stuffed, and without it you cannot record. So you've got an expensive and fancy player on your hands. Take it to Sony, but expect a large bill...
