Hey all...

I bought a MZ-NE410 this week and absolutely love it! I use my laptop at Starbucks, open up my minidisc player and have 70 songs on one disc. No more battery drain on my pc! No taking up all that space on my hard drive! No more lugging around all those CDs! Amazing!

No complaints with the exception of the need for SONY to come out with some carrying cases custom made for these players. Right now I have mine carried around in an old OAKLEY hard-shell sunglass case and it seems to work well, but is a tad bulky.

On another note, while I am EXTREMELY happy with my player, am wondering if these minidiscs storage capacity will be increasing down the road, much like the RIO's FLASH storage cards are? What is the comparison of the number of songs you could fit on say, a 256 RAM Flash card and a standard Minidisc? Also, who else manufactures mp3 players which use minidiscs?

Thanks!

Us runners really need a sports minidisc player with a belt clip. Not the large sport model that sony makes now, but simply a regular sized, small model, but with a belt clip. I am told you can use a glue on swivel clip for cell phones, but have been afraid to try one thinking it may not hold on long hot runs.
