nicola
i'm about (well, when i will have enough money...) to enter the world of netmd units (and leaving my great r900 to my brother) and i was eyeing the mighty n10... costly sure, but lost of style too... later my eyes caught the n910, which i formerly (and erroneously) thought just an old 900-series replacement. great was my pleasure in discovering none the less that an almost perfect n10 twin brother! the olnly things i want to check are a couple of features that are unclear at the moment, and that surely some of you n910 users can explain in a breeze. 1-rehearsal mode: does it have it? 2-QUICK option, as in n10 and others - the ability to stand by 'waiting' for user input and with faster data access (rewinds etc...), all while juicin more battery, of course. i hope somebody could help. thanks in advance nicola
mAjEsTiC
yep the N910 does have rehearsal and the Power Options...(i'm quite sure it has the Power Options since i've had a muck around with my friend's unit but not too sure about the Rehearsal since i didn't try it out...) the N910 as u said is basically identical to the N10 (i own this unit) but just with different button placements and also utilising a NiMH gumstick battery instead of the internal Li-Ion...everything in terms of features and options are more or less identical from what i've seen... future love
mAjEsTiC is right, the n910 has the 'quick mode', the 'normal mode' and the 'power-mode'. Be careful, the 'power-mode' is not exactly the same function on the two models. In fact, the 'power-mode' is a special function in the n910, contrary to the n10. In a part of the menu of the n10, whose name is 'power-mode', you have the choice between: > normal > quick, that's all In the 910's menu, unluckily i don't remenber the name of the part of the menu, you have: > normal > quick > power-mode In reality it's a function which is a little different between the two models.
