Guest Anonymous
i'm thinking about purchasing my friends imported mz-n1, right now i'm borrowing it to see if it is worth buying. i'm running A p-ii 266, 128mb ram, and win 98. OMG 2.2 is installed, but as the subject says "external device/media not found". i've reinstalled 3 times, when i go into system, in the controll panel, and under device manager, it lists it under "other devices" and as a net md walkman. but when i try to find a suitable driver it can't seem to find one, i've tried searching for one but no luck. i own a r-900 non-netmd, so i am new to netmd. any help would be appreciated. Guest Anonymous
i found a driver that would work for my computer, but OMG 2.2 will still not see that the MD recorder is connected? the device manager says that the device is working properly. very perplexing!! i would try to use sonic but it will not load on my machine (p-ii 266, 128 ram, win 98) anyone else have any suggestions? mAjEsTiC
try (when openmg is opened up) to disconnect and reconnect the usb link to the unit...it should make a sound to verify that a device has been connected and this should prompt openmg to display the contents on your MD...well that's wot i do when it doesn't get recognised in very rare occassions...
