If i buy the english version, which comes with 33EL, can i buy the 35ELK later and use the two line remote feature? Basically, does the actual unit differ between the japanese release and the rest of the world's release or is is just the packaging and the remote? Similarly, can the english unit with a japanese remote display kanji? Or if anyone knows an easier way to get two lines on the remote...any help appreciated. Or if anyone knows an easier way to get two lines on the remote...any help appreciated.um no the english unit cannot read kanji no matter what remote u use...the japanese domestic and international models differ in that the japanese one has native kanji support whereas the international ones do not...
