Guest Anonymous
Can some advise to a method to convert my MDs to ipod. Im at a loss. The only way I can think of is to record my MD's on to my hard drive as only huge file and then split them into songs. This method would very time consuming and a real pain in the a$$. If I do it that way will I lose sound quality? Is it still digital? There has to be an easier method. I have mz-n707. :?: :?: :?:

I have mz-n707.well it's transfering through analogue and not digital since that recorder doesn't have an Optic out jack (only recorder that i've used with one was the MZ-R1 back in '93) or u can use a home deck if you have one to transfer via optical...so yes u would lose "some sound quality if ur using normal cables...some of the more professional (albeit expensive) analogue cables preserve much (if not all) of the analogue signal that it's nearly as good as a digtal recording via TOSLink...
