Guest Anonymous
I have a brand new Sony mz-N510 and a vaio computer running windows XP home edition. I installed the software according to the directions. Rebooted, then tried to use Simple Burner. The program wouldn't recognize my recorder. I tried reconnecting the USB cable, I tried rebooting again, I tried a different blank disk, I tried re-installing the software. But nothing seems to be working! Any ideas? Much thanks from a complete MD newbie.

mAjEsTiC
load up the CD again and there should be an option down the bottom asking you if you want to install the NetMD drivers...just click that basically...
Jonks
Sorry to drag this topic back up, but I am having trouble getting my computer to recognise my Sony CMT-M333NT. I've tried reinstalling the drivers as you suggested, but it has had no effect. I already have drivers installed for my MZN-710 and I am wondering if that may be the problem. Any advice on how I could get my CMT-M333NT recognised would be much appreciated.
mAjEsTiC
i think u'd better uninstall all the NetMD drivers as it may be a conflict between the drivers designed for the N710 and ur CMT-M333NT unit...then just install the drivers that came with the CMT-M333NT... Jonks
I've uninstalled all my net MD drivers then reinstalled the ones for the CMT-M333NT and it worked . After, I reinstalled the MZN-710 drivers and now both devices work. Thanks for the help .
