Guest Anonymous
Hey. I'm 14 and i just recently got interested in minidisc. I would like a minidisc that: 1. is cheap. 2: has the ability to record live. 3. optional: have a usb port or something to get music from the computer faster. the live recording doesn't have to be an external, it can be built in, and that music thing is optional. i just need it for recording lectures and math classes. i've got a mic i can use if it's got external plug. my first priority is cheap though. i'm looking for the most inexpensive one out there that can record live stuff. if i have to, i can run a patch cord from my pc to the mic/line jack to get music, or i can just not bother. thanks for any help. please reply by email, as it is frustrating for me to get on these pages since i am blind. my email is silverdart12@hotmail.com also my msn. thx
BerkY
You can get a Sony MZ-N510 but that will need a new mic. a mic that is powered with a battery. To get around that you would need to buy a Sony MZ-N710 which is not all that. Btw what do you mean by cheap? Minidiscs are not really cheap equipment. Anyway besides the sony products there are Sharp models too which are quite good. You should take a look at their website and choose one according to your preferences. Sharp DR580 is a good model for example.
