pata2001
Hi guys, MD noob here. I already got a recorder. Now I'm looking for a player, probably around $170-$200. What I want is a player with whole body metal/aluminum. My candidates are probably these units at audiocubes. http://www.audiocubes.com/index.php?cPath=...e476cf5248f49f8 Anybody knows which one has all metal/aluminum body? (Not half plastic ones)
mAjEsTiC
u could be sure that the more expensive models are fully metal...the lower ones i'm not 100% sure of...but in that price range not too sure which is fully metal but around $200 i think that the Panasonic SJ-MJ95 is fully metal... pata2001
OK, I did some research, and it seems that the Sony E510 is full aluminum, which meets my criteria. I'm still wondering about the Aiwa AM-PX1, the Panasonic models, and Sharp DS30. Anybody have one of these units?
Leon
Sharp's press release makes it sound like the DS30 doesn't use metal on the bottom side (the top lid is aluminum).
pata2001
Oh well.... I decided to extend my budget and am getting the Sony-E720. Thanks anyway.
