Guest Anonymous Posted February 23, 2004 Report Share Posted February 23, 2004 i have a sony MD-player, and when i want to play a MD the player goes clicking and nothing happens. when i press stop, nothing happens, it just continues clicking. the only way to stop is to open the player!!! pleez help!!!!! mAjEsTiC Posted February 24, 2004 Report Share Posted February 24, 2004 sounds to me like ur player's bust...take it back for repairs or if ur brave enough rip it apart urself and clean the inside out...disassemble the whole mechanism inside and give it a nice clean with a can of compressed air and put it back together to see if that helps...(worked with my E900 btw) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
mayor tommy shanks Posted March 12, 2004 Report Share Posted March 12, 2004 check it out, i had the exact same problem and was told my m.d. was probibly fucked. turns out all it needed was a lens cleaning. so far so good. i was warned not to go ahead with self repair because i might actually screw up the lazer. it'd cost 170 (can.) to fix it. it took all of 30 seconds to get it up and running and the repair guy did'nt even charge me. nice. try that and good luck Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
