jstarz927
Hello there-- I'm new to the forum and have justed purchased my first MD recorder, a Sharp MD-D7 that I found on ebay. I've recorded a bunch of tracks onto an MD in LP2. Now when I'm playing them back, it doesn't let me choose any other playback mode than normal! Is it a problem with my player or the mode that I've recorded in that they won't let me play in random or repeat or etc. mode?
jstarz927
...or does this have something to do with whether or not I'm in group mode?
jadeclaw
Hmm, try going out of group mode, I'd say...
Christopher
Welcome to the forums. I think you may want to look over your instruction manual again - you should be able to just press "mode" and go from there. You were referring to the Sharp DR7, right? jstarz927
I think I figured out the problem. Right after I record the MD it can cycle through play modes just fine. But after I start dividing, combining, and erasing tracks, the only playback mode available then is normal. This is annoying, but I'm not sure if anything can done to help, can it? Yes, this is the Sharp DR7.
