Day Dreamer
Ok, so I jsut got the Sony MZ-NH600D. I put the included disc that has Simple burner and sonic stage on it into my computer, but it said: "Install launcher has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the incovenience." Then it goes onto it's usual send a error report thing. I have Windows xp professional, and on the disc it says that it is Md Simple Burner Version 2.0, and says it is Sonic Stage version 2.0 U for MD. Help is much appreciated. Day Dreamer
I did that, still not having any luck. I installed windows xp service pack 2, all the other updates I could find, followed that guide to uninstall, but I still get an error message during install, both for the Cd rom and the downloaded Sonic stage and downloaded simple burner. Understand that I've never installed any of this before, I jsut got the MD player today, and whenever I go to install, or insert the cd rom I get the error message. Day Dreamer
I figured it out! I was browsing a support faq, and found out that some of the files have to be installed to the C drive. I had my C drive disabled. As soon as I enabled it, the install worked. Thanks for the help.
