Redian, I'm not sure what you mean by "Connect Player won't respond to any command". Can you see the library, connect, playlist, and device icons in the upper left hand corner? Can you click on any of them and have the views change? Do the pull down menus work? It is very unusual for software to just stop working, unless something is really wrong with the system. It might be that things are moving very slowly, and because it takes so long you are seeing it as non responsive. I want to help out here, but I need to know the information above to help you.
