  2. maybe those particular tracks are not available due to label licensing rights. To view if the track has copyright information, right-click the title of the track in My Library, select Properties and choose the Rights Info tab.
  3. There really wouldn't be any way or at least one of which I am aware of to be able to put your tracks back on to the computer. The only way which I knew of was using the back up tool and then restoring it. From what I understand Sonicstage uses some kind of an encryption key when transferring songs - or that's what I think - and hence if you did not back it up - I don't think it is possible - my experience anyways.
  4. How do we resolve the issue for database is in use error when opening Sonicstage. I have gone through the various posts in the FAQ et al however they all seem to refer to the MDAC repair utility. I tried that on my Vista VAIO however that is no good. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions to rectify this? I know for sure on XP Tuneup and MDAC repair tool fix this issue as I had it previously however am unable to resolve this on my Vista machine. Punit
  5. I just wanted to know I am getting this same issue however on Vista Business. I have tried a registry cleaner and then reinstalled Sonicstage v4.3. But in the 4.3 version when I install it I don't get a Restorable folder as it lists it on the Sony USA website. Any suggestions?
