    You can use a USB hub for HiMD when the hub is powered by an extra power connector. It works perfect.

    lp2 sounds better than hilp hilp sounds better than lp4 and between sp and hisp no hearble differences

    I have HiMD and i really like the sound quality of HiSP. If you set the equaliser, you even can get the sound quality better. HiMD sounds much better than any MP3 player.

    That's richt :smile: . I use md since 2001 and i have no problems with my discs. While some of my cd and dvd RW's have read and write problems and died because of a microscopic scratch.

    Maybe, an internal drive is faster. Using the IDE interface, and a high speed mechanism.
