Hello all.. I loved my stock earbuds from sony for the rh-10 and have had them for nearly 2 years.. until my 2 year old daughter got ahold of them and tried to see if they could stretch.. now only one side has sound and the other is dead. If you can donate these or sell them to this father of four my music is all I have to myself.. and now with these headphones tore up.. I am not enjoying my music too much these days. Please let me know a price if selling and if donating then I would be appreciative more than you know. Paying anything is like getting meat from a lion concernig my wife.. But I need these.. Thanks!

WOW! I Like this.. I wa sable to open a ogg file, save it as the new atrac codec, then renamed it to the .omg format and drag and dropped stright into my psp's music folder and it shows up and plays! Great! No need for sonicstage now to get it onto my pro duo stick! Man this is great!! a tiny step forward to me for sony.. maybe they will release it soon for universal usage? lol.. I wish ** you dont even have to rename it.. just copy and paste the file into the psp musci folder.. you may need to edit the Tag info though for song and artist info.. as some come out ok others.. messed up . When I tried to transfer to my rh10 it would not let me for the first 3 times.. then finally did.. weird.

WOW! Been on vacation and what a great thing to come back to! After getting 3 people to convert to minidisc (they all went and bought one after seeing and trying out my rh10) this will will allow me to tell them more great featuures to use.. Thanks $ony! On a a side note, I was afraid that this might be a good-bye gift from sony to the minidisc users, as someone in the opening page noted as well.. yet thinking about it.. the umd discs are in essence minidisc as well correct? albeit 2 gb.. instead of 1gb, but minidisc.. right? I have the psp and the discs are almost the same size.. just different casings. I do not think that this format will be dying anytime soon. Considering they have sold 6.5 million psps, and many more games for them at that. Now if only there was a 2 gb or 4 gb minidisc that our hi-md could play with a firmware update. SIGH...... Damn you SONY!.. Taking all my money!

No you are not I recall that drive as well it was all white or off white and you could see someones hand showing the back port connections.. There was indeed pics of this. -AcTs

what model did you get? For my (rh-10) mini-disc, I got a perfect fitting leather case for it at www.minidiscaccess.com I do believe they have other cases there for mp3 players as well. -AcTs

I have the rh10 and used that clear packing tape for boxes,, you know the thick fat clear strip type as a cheap alternative to stop it from being scratched.. works fine and peels off easily without damaging the unit or leaving any residue or trace it was ever there.. Heck works fine for me until they come up with somehting better.. for me anyways.. I can take pics.. but dont know how to post them.. -AcTs

Yes.. I am using the 1 gb disc formatted in Hi-md.. I just uninstalled everything and reinstalled and voila.. it is now there! thanks all! -AcTs

Well I have a hi-md.. the rh10.. it worked fine with the 2.3.. as atrac3+ was in the drop down menu for settings.. but in the update dversion.. it only has atrac3.. no + in sight.. sigh... I guess I will have to live with atrac3 ... -AcTs

Hello everyone.. I tried to look this up.. found alot of questions pertaining to the quality and which is best for recording.. but nothing along the lines I need. I had SS 2.3 I think it was.. and it has atrac3+ which I used to encode @ 67kbps? Well when I upgraded to the US version of SS 3.01 it no longer has atrac3+ as an encoding feature! Only (there are of course other bitrates... just no more atrac3+ in the encoding options) atrac3 @ 66 kbps. Is this the same as the atrac3+ @ 67kbps? I apologize if this has beed adressed but after wading through 5 pages with no answers after searching I had to ask. Any help is appreciated. Thanks to all who reply.. -AcTs

Hi, I am new to these boards and tried finding out if the RM-MC11ELK remote will work fine with the rh-10. I tried using the search option but only discussions of how it comes with ni el rmote in the U.S. come up. Which is the model I have.. any one know if the thin 2 line remote RM-MC11ELK will work with the rh-10? thanks to all who reply in advance. GREAT forum! Btw...

So does wavelab work like mp3gain? by raising the volume? I want to try wavelab.. but 20 mb for a program that raises seems kinda big? Does anyone know if noth do the exact same thing? or is wavelab better at raising the volume on mp3s?
