BUMP I have this same problem.

This happened to me too. Way back when I first bought my MZ-NE410, I installed what was on the cd (sonic stage 1 and simple burner 1) and it worked fine. I reformatted my hard drive and reinstalled windows, installed SS1 and SB1 again, and they didn't work! They said they could not read from my cd drive, which is a lie since they can play all my cd's using DAE. I upgraded to SS3.1 and SB2 and it does the same thing. How the heck do I fix this?
