First off, welcome! Does the player react when you put it in the charger? Because you can try putting it in the charger for a while and try to start it up. What may be beter to try, is to hard reset the player. This will not cause you to lose data, but your player will probably start up again. -Xufar

It's true, there are different psp screens. The first few, only with firmware 1.00 and 1.50 came with a sharp screen (the better one, it has some kind of special technology). After that, Sony started making them with the cheaper samsung screens. So you're right. Waarschijnlijk heb jij dus je PSP uit japan gehaald voordat de downgraders uit waren net zoals ik. Or. If it's stuck on the main screen while it's still on. Just wait untill the battery runs out and plus in the power adapter.

I saw the problem with the site, it crops the images automatically. I mailed the creator. Maybe some genius can make a program for the NW-A series?

I don't think he wants to change the tracknames. I think he wants to change the players language. There isn't Dutch either.

aznbro85, believe me, I noticed that but it seems like the files are the same as the ones for the flashbased mp3 players (the ones atraclife has in it's download section). I've seen a converter online somewhere, so it might be worth the try to make your own one. That's what I meant. I'm just too lazy to try it out myself Edit: here is the link.

I said, you have to do it when you get the unit, (btw, it's every 30 charges, also "half charges" are included), it indeed increases the battery life, and yes, also with li-on batteries. Please read cauldrons post on this.

I tried it, and my player is indeed faster then before. Altough it wasn't slow before, so it wasn't a big difference.

About half of my music is Mp3 at a bitrate of 192 KB/s, the other half is Mp3 at a bitrate of 320 KB/s. (Sony) Li-on batteries aren't affected by "the memoryt-affect". Furtheron, cauldron is right.
