HELP!!! newbie. md player is not recognized by any programs

heres my problem

i installed the drivers for my netmd and the usb port stuff

then i installed sonic stage 2 with all that open mg stuff and simple burner.

but when i open the programs there is no pc>netmd connection tab available i dunno maybe i'm dumb but can someone help me please.

Hi and welcome!

The connection tab is in the "Transfer" section but MD will only appear if you MD unit is actually attached to your PC.

I have the same problem, when i install the drivers i do not get a pop up saying plug in your md or whatever. Even though the drivers are installed i cannot use the MD (AM-NX9) with any programs.

When i plug the usb cable it recognises the Net MD and tries to install drivers for it againunsucessfully) even though ive installed net drivers! Its Driving me nuts. Tried uninstalls etc.

Someone please help! Before i buy an ipod.

I just installed (updraded all the way from 1.5) SS2.3 and it recognized the Aiwa NX9 without any drivers from it's cds. I then just plugged it in and that was that.
