Included is the player/recorder, remote control, docking station, charger cord. I am including 5 blank minidiscs and an armband. Sorry, I do not have headphones or USB cord. I am selling this player as is, although I can confirm that the player and all minidisc are in perfect working condition. I bought this for $320 and am selling it cheap for $180. Thanks for looking!
